Q titanium program plugin??

i saw in a screenshot for a theme someone had a programs bar
anyone know where this is i havent been able to find it

Check it out, The program tab will need some tweeking to get the links to work. You can do that with Chome editor. It seems no one has made a browse and link application yet? I'm sure there's someone working on it. There's a load of discussion on it in the tread.
