From WM 21009, my rom's some software (such as: BenqCPL.CPL , Control Panel's "Cell Broadcast", "GPRS Authentication", "Connection Settings", "device information", "self test") only run at first time, next time the above software couldn't run; "Background Light" could run, but less two control page "adjustment", "Screen Saver" than first time. The error description: Can not open file "XXXXX.exe". It is not possible to use credit certificates or signatures of a component can not find it. If the problem continues, try reinstalling or restoring this file.
