O2 Atom Life Problem

i have O2 Atom life which the system device is
data bus : 32 bits
flash size: 1 gb
ram size:64 mb
extrom : ex0917
hardware: v7
Radio : AL1_KLNC2340_070905_RS0001
ROM : WWE_RC2140907B2
and the trouble is
1. I cannot turning on the wifi. it's only appears loading but wifi cannot turning on
2. i can send and receive sms, but i can't make a phone call , when i tried to make a phone call shown " Cannot complete the call. the signal may be unavailable or the phone number may not be valid. verify the number or try again later." I can receive a phone call but everytime i klik answer button there's nothing happened.
3. I can't connect to GPRS even the setting is alright.

when I tried self diagnostic for WLAN with usb connect to pc result is pass but when it not plug in to pc its shown "get adapter info () return FALSE"

You have say which ROM you use? Which software you've installed?

hi, i think better u hard reset your atom life to be factory setting which default setting, then u need to install network wizards, its will be funtion at all.

If the above two solutions dont work, try flashing to a more reliable ROM and also consider changing the Radio firmware because that seems like it could be the issue.
