Hello
I want to check a new ROM, based on WinMO 6.5. I've already read very much about "Titanium Themes" or "Titanium Addons" or "Titanium Panels".
My question: Is the "Titanium" one "app" ( i even don't really now, what it is ) which you include in all WinMo 6.5 ROMs? Or do i need a special version? (I want to test Miri's 6.5 Rom for Blackstone (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=493911)
