ports 4+5 missing

phone xda2 {unlocked}

doing an update i now find that bluetooth comms ports 4+ 5 are missing from my xda 2
also gone missing is the O2 logo
I need these ports to use my tomtom gps
can i load ports 4+5 back into it?
if so how?
