How to move/rename folders?

Inside Programs, I have a folder 'Games' and another folder created while installing a game 'Games & App'.
Most of the games are in 'Games' folder but 1 is in 'Games & App' folder.

Is there any way, I can put the game from 'Games & App' in 'Games' folder, as I think its a shortcut only.

With your File Explorer go to Windows - Start Menu - Programs & make any changes you want ;).-
