Can't open "Contacts" & "File Explore"

Guys I have a major problem. Everytime i tap on "Contacts" I get an error saying MSCONTACTS cannot be opened. Either it is not signed.....and when I tap on File Explorer I get the same thing MSFEXPLORE. Please help me!! :(


I'm on a touch pro using shep's rom.
