update error 244 - invalid model-id

Hello!

I haven´t found any thread in this verybig forum, which can help me...

Since 2 days, i´ve tried to upgrade my MDA Comp.III T-Mobile GER (artemis 110) from image version 1.13.112.1 to 3.15.111.2 without any success.

even the uspl (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=311403) doesnt help me in this case.

on 3% updating process, the RUU stops with an error: fehler 244 ungültige modell-id (its german and means, that the model-id is invalid...)

what did i made wrong?
I want to use RUU_Artemis_TMO_DE_3.15.111.2_4.1.13.50_03.06.90_S hip.exe -ROM for my phone - is this the wrong version?
would you please help me to go on?
