HTC Touch HD - change language to english

Hi Everyone,

I bought an HTC TOUCH HD from taipei taiwan, its in chinese i could not change the language to english.

- i tried refer to HTC in malaysia they said they cant do it.
- i tried call the taipei center they said they cant help either.
- i call the US help line they advice me to refer to the taiwan support and ask for replacement.
- i call taiwan again they refuse to help

is there any possibilities i can change it to english?
