LG Dare(Need WEB & PIC Message)

I would like to know if somebody could point me in the right direction to a How-To for the LG Dare for unlocking the WEB and PIC Messaging.

Dude I hate the Dare Im going to get the Omnia but I would like to know this too because I cant get Pic messages but like on the EnV1 and 2 they have that menu that if you click 0 or something you can get it but i Dont know if its on the dare
