View Full Version : Tomtom 7 Cab

Hi

I have a HTC Touch (Elf) running WM 6.5.

I also have several cab files for tomtom 7. I have tried qvga_black, qvga_blue and everything else I can find, however, when the cab file runs and asks me if I want to install to device or storage card it just hangs forever no matter what I do. It sat their for 8 hours last night.

Anbody else seen this with the tomtom 7 cabs or any other cabs for that matter?

Anybody actually got tomtom 7 working on a HTC Touch?

I installed Tomtom7 first on my Htc touch diamond and now my HTC touch HD.

But according to the screen defnition I never nstalled a Qvga cab but the vga cab. The HTC touch HD has a Wvga screen but the the vga cab works.

Dont try to install TT7 on the storage card it does not work.

I have an original HTC Touch, which has a QVGA screen. But anything is wortha go!

Any idea what the cab name was that you used or where you got it from?

I installed the ttn7.915.9196.qvga_black.cab on my touch just fine.
It works with wm6.1 and now with wm6.5
no problems at all. mine doesnt ask where to install with this cab though ,it just installs on the device.

I install this too, but at the first run TT7 ask me for voice and map. Pls help me, how to install it (include voice and map). Thank you for your advise. :D
