From what I can tell anton 21215 is like 21501 one being an htc and the other microsoft. Which is what they were working on until 21222 came along.
So what is 21222 like 21502.
So with that being said 21222 is more current that 21501. Does all this make sense?

mattsm
7th May 2009, 12:40 AM
Build Date on 21222 is April 22, at 16:14:47, It is an HTC Build. CRAKU1 (21215 was build on April 14, and 21502 was build on like April 8, if I am correct, right around there anyways)

That is a quote from conflipper over at geeks.

besides the dates... 21502 is way too buggy

i chose 21222 because its been working great. almost bug free (unless your applications make it buggy)

ill ask him to recook with nuekernel
bbs build comes too clean

if you didnt have nue kernel before you are going to hurt in memory, he tells me this was just a test to see if nuekernel was going to survive a flash and it did ( that i didnt know)

his first post has been updated

Also post in that thread anything else you want included in the build.
He said he will recheck tomorrow morning on these items and recook.

Is 21725 a Microsoft build? as opposed to HTC?

I'm not totally sure. Someone asked a similar question on the PPC Geeks forum developer's thread, but nobody's answered yet. Here is what I have seen released to identify the builds:

Build 212XX = Microsoft
Build 215XX = Samsung
Build 216XX = HTC
Build 217XX = ???

joemorin73
28th May 2009, 10:51 PM
I thought I heard 215XX was HTC. There's 216XX builds too?

This is going to get confusing! *sigh*

I know. My (completely unfounded) hope is that once 6.5 hits mainstream, there will be one set of build numbers. But until my dreams come true, I am relying on the build dates provided by the wonderful folks in the development forums!

It's working great on my phone. Change pagepool to 4, and you will gain even more RAM. I currently can stabilize between 25 and 26 meg free (I boot with 28+). These are some really really fast builds!

So any big difference with the new 21728 vs 21725? I had loaded 21725 last week, is it worth a reflash for a build thats only 3 numbers higher?

Which alarm program are you using? I've had no problem with the built in one, but haven't tried ones like G-Alarm.

What happens when you try? Also, are you pressing the OK button or the X in the upper right corner? And do you have the X set to Close on Press, or Close on Hold? And does the problem occur with any programs other than Messages?

Ive had an issue when Im on the SMS page of messages and the bar (where it usually says inbox....received) is all messed up, basically not there and its like it lags and the X finally closes it. doesnt happen with the email pages or other programs. Its been on several of the last 6.5 builds

btonetbone

Hmm...that's something I've never seen before. It sounds like you may have another program or setting that is causing a conflict. Have you thought about trying a different version of Arcsoft for MMS? If it's not that, you may want to ask over on ppcgeeks and their may be help over there.

I've seen this on my HTC Fuze (Raphael) quite a bit, too. So it's not just your devices :)

I'm in here because a friend has a Mogul and I've been trying to talk him into flashing. :D

I think I hadn't highlighted all the days ( Shouldn't be necessary Microsoft >.> ) Either way the rom was running like complete shit and giving me difficulties. It was so damn slow and was using way more ram than people in this thread have mentioned. With HTCPerformance it would probably run better.

I've had the same problem for quite a few builds too. It's only in SMS, nothing else. I barely run much on my phone.

The rainbows are actually put there by applications

There are two files in the windows\startup folder that need to be removed, dciBattery.exe and qwertyMemory.exe

I just cut and paste them into another folder

The bars are for battery level (top) & memory level (bottom). Once you get used to them they are a great addition.

It's a good idea, but the rainbow colors are an eye sore. If I could choose a color gradient I would keep it.
