Plz help me n sorry 4 my bad english b,coz i m new hear.i have a xda ii pda n i upgrade it wm2003 to wm6.1 but i dont do d hard reset n now my pda is on o2 screen n i dont do anything if press reset button+camera+record button for hard reset it no screen show if i plug in for charge no light show n if i try to connect to pc d pc says usb erorr n no light show now what can i do? Plz help me

when you pressed reset button+camera+record button, did you see the screen that has:
Enable KITL -> NO
Clean Registry Hive -> YES
Format Storage -> YES
if you couldn't see this option, try reflashing the rom.. :)

Thank you for replay.you say reflashing rom why i can do it? My pda is not connect to my pc.plz help me now what can i do?

It is absolutely necessary that your device does enter bootloader mode.
Press On/Off button, DPad and Soft Reset all together!!
Your device should show 'Serial' now! Connect to your PC and the device should change to: 'USB'.
Otherwise you got a nice paperweight now, and that would be bad.
Did you follow this, as you flashed the first time?

Did you use XP od vista 32bit (64bit does not work!?!) and did you follow this guide?

Never disconnect the device or the power-charger while flashing.
Try to reflash to get your sweet back, for us it is the most important to find out what went wrong to prevent others to do the same mistake.
