If you want to change the theme of manila 2D, you can change it by installing manila2D customizer. This can be found in this forum.

There are different versions of windows mobile, like 2003se, windows 5, windows 6, windows 6.1 and now 6.5. Windows 7 on the way.

There was once a program which gave the feel of start menu like XP but it was abandoned. You can search that.
