1.93 ROM WWE ship ROM phone screen quick launch buttons

i have the telstra Diamond which with the shipped rom 1.38 has CONTACTS/MENU as the quick link buttons on the bottom of the screen, in 1.93 (I updated it with 1.4hardSPL) it now has VIDEO CALL/MENU and I would really love to know if it can be changed .

Does anyone know a registry mod or an application to customize these things?

Change the DWORD value to 1

Or use the cab in THIS POST (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=2878253&postcount=11), which does pretty much the same thing
