Troub with Cyberon Voice Commander 1.6 on iPAQ hx2750

Dear all
I found Cyberon Voice Commander and installed on my hx2750.
Everytime I run CVC,there is a message "the voice commander cannot be opened. either it is not signed with trusted certificate,or one of its components cannot be found. if this problen presists, try reinstalling or restoring thid file."
Is anyone could do me a favor? I really need this app!
hx2750 with
Windows Mobile 6.1 class CE OS 5.2.2021(build 19199.1.0.0)
tradditional chinese system pluged in
