windows media player help

tried 6.5 and reverted back to 6.1, but the wmp aint working any more i can find all the tracks in the library but when i click the play button nothing happens, i don know what to do, please help. also the music tab on 2d plays but not the wmp.. :mad::confused:confused:

Does it show an errormessage or does it start and seem to work, but you just don't hear anything?

my musich was not in the root folder .. my bad
