SPB Mobile Shell 3 Wallpaper on all Pages & Transparent Bar

1. How do I put the wallpapers for all the screens, like programs etc?
I found something in which we require to edit some .dat file, but I don't know to do that. Please help on this.

2. How do make the task-bar at the bottom of the screen transparent?

I cant help you on that im afraid but i wanted to ask you how you got rid of the taskbar and got MS3 full screen?

I used togglestart.exe to hide the taskbar but MS3 wouldnt go full screen, thanks for any help

Well, that screenshot isn't mine. I used to to explain what I am talking about.
Togglestart.exe is the only method seen till now, but I haven't checked its working yet.
