try an app such as OBEX inbox.

not sure if this is the option your refering to, start/settings/bluetooth, timeout tab and change "turn off visible mode" from what ever time to "never"

Try this. Put the folder where you want and Make a sortcut to the program files, or any button. It turns blutooth on an visible.
