I must repeat that it's not my thread and this is a GERGER's project... the taskbar is not mine (made by Vinsos aka musezicos) I have just made the volume, the boot, the dialer & the keyboard but I want to help you so here is the version I made and tell me if it works now (it should because Vinsos had forgotten to resign the files).
You must uninstall the previous one, install sdkcerts.cab then unzip twice my archive (zip>7z>cab) and install my version 2.3
I have also added a volume fix

the Voyd wait cursor is already present into the BLACK HD 2.4 taskbar : the bitmaps images are included into "shellres.192.dll" file.

yeah i think u download the other task bar...i also did that and after booting it showed me messeage that ur device is unable to boot properly pres send button and blah blah...but u cud have easily uinstalled that task bar from active syn post instead of completely flashing the device

Versions 2.4 (and 2.5 which you posted b4 my original post) work but I was refering to that paricular link because I prefered the Grey Start Button as opposed to the HD Start Button.

The only small issue I have with 2.5 is no image for the Start Button. Apart from that it's fantastic looking

Yeah i got the same error that when i click start there is no programs or settings options so u cant uninstall the program. But there is a way to unsintall if u face such a situation...here is the way how to uninstall if u messed up with ur settings in start menu
1) After completely boot ur phone, connect ur phone with ur USB cable to ur pc with active sync
2) Now in ur pc open active sync window and go to tools and then add/ remove programs..
3) here u will find all the pograms installed on ur phone. Just uncheck the program that u want to uninstall from ur phone and click ok.

Thats it...the program gets uninstalled even without going to ur settings / remove programs from ur phone. So no need to flash.

Hope this helps in future.

Yes my friend I see : the problem comes from the file Shellres.192.dll (start icon+Antenna are included into this file) that did not install but why ??. Sorry but I have no Idea how to fix that issue : I think that your ROM don't let your Shellres.192.dll be overwritten.
Try this :
- uninstall the taskbar
- soft reset
- install sdkcerts.cab
- soft reset
- install my version 2.4 (less files so less conflicts)
- soft reset and cross your fingers...

Post here the result but if it doesn't still work then I can't help you more : try to get info at Tsowen's "custom taskbar" thread. Or maybe try to rename Shellres.192.dll with total commander before installing taskbar cab (Shellres.192old.dll by example)

Thought I'd also try a clean install of CT's 6.4 HD Rom and experienced the same problem.

So I've reflashed back to previous rom.

For change the panoramic, you must replace the 3 manila files (67ea4038_manila, 67fc58b9_manila, 680e713a_manila) by another panoramic files.

I attempted to replace these three files with new images using Manila Editor and I ended up with a grey screen. Am I doing something wrong? Strangly enough, when I viewed these three files in Manila Editor it did not show the girl laying down, there was no image at all. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I think that the better solution for you is to use manila customizer : you can choose BlackHD icons set only by example and the clock of your choice.

It's possible but the point is that you are going to overwrite the invisible clock of the blackHd so when you're gonna uninstall the blackHD cab, windows will say that files are incomplete and the uninstallation will fail.

Nevertheless it's possible to install a cab after another one that overwrite the first one but follow this rule :
- install cab A (=blackHD theme cab)
- install cab B (=clock cab)
then if you want no more the cab A you have to do :
- uninstall cab B (=clock)
- re-install cab A (=blackHD theme cab)
- uninstall cab A (=blackHD theme cab)
Now you have safely removed the 2 cabs.

Another way is to use Manila Customizer : install it & copy your manila themes files into Icons, slider, wallpaper, clock... directories.
The rule to follow is to copy a directory theme with its jpeg that has exactly the same name. By example, for my manila customizer ready pack :
unzip the whole pack into Program files\Manila Customizer\icons\
Then launch manila customizer and click "change" then "icons". Now you have a little expose and you slide to the left or to the right till you reach the icons set of your choice and click "apply" then "exit & restart TF3D"

Hey Vinsos - i made the cabs for you of your JMLToday Theme Black HD Nude Titanium

( made it with the Cab-Framework for JMLToday (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=4198295&postcount=7) )

You have 2 .cabs-one for all images (with batt.blackhdnude clock.blackhdnude and sys.blackhdnude as Directories )

and the second cab with the .plg - which set JMLToday (5.3+) auomatically to these Directories.

Now you can more .plg's for your images, if you want :)

Recently I reflashed my Diamond and decided it should use some new look.. So I found this theme the best for me..
At first I took the one with the .cab file (I think it was v4. .., the one with astronaut).. Cool, but the Nokia's fonts I couldn't stand for more than 1h..
And then approx 8h (time based on my newbie's knowledge) spent on switching the components of the theme..
What I learned - do not apply volume fix if you have no problems with one.. I installed the fix at a time with taskbar.cab and after that I got creepy volume window which later made some nice freeze.. :D
Panorama backgrounds are great, system font is great..

All the files are common to GSM & CDMA phones so they work on both. There is no special file either for GSM or for CDMA : that's why there is no CDMA strength signal file into the taskbar. In fact, there are minimum files to assure maximum compatibility ^^

Well, first sorry for what happened to you,
what's your device ? GSM or CDMA ? Rom ?

you're the first to blame it... since more than 700 downloads : you should have done something else...

ActiveSync synchronization has nothing to do with the activesync icon : my cab change only the look/skin of the icons, if you have an issue with activSync app blame it on your rom instead...

did you install sdkcerts first ?
Install the volume fix only if you have got volume issues... otherwise the fix will generate bugs...

to get rid of a cab that windows won't let you uninstall :
- re-install the cab
- soft reset
- uninstall the cab with windows "remove prog" manager
- soft reset

it's not a shutxp theme but a CCA TouchOff v5 theme :
- DL TouchOff v5 HERE (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=NO9CXYWK)
- install TouchOff
- install blackHD touchOff skin
- do a soft reset (winmo restart)
- launch TouchOff by pressing the icon in programs menu or by holding the Diamond Off button a few seconds till a short vibration
- when you have the touchOff welcome center then click on config (bottom-left button) and choose skin/language, click on ok and that's it !

Great thanks ok all my programs are running now only a few little tweeks I need help with one is in the dailer the dailer it shelf is a little to high need to now how to ajust it in the screen two is I would like to make the music tab like it is on the cab versions of this theme It has the chrome around the music icons and there smaller and I think the only other thing I need to fix is my hd glass clock it works fine untill I go to landscape mode then it disapers and does not come back untill I restart the tf3d2. You have been a great help and hope these are common problems with easy fixes If not I can live with it the way it is thanks for your help

i suppose that you have the great GenY rom with TF3D 2.1 ?

In that case, BlackHD dialer skin won't work cause it's not htc stock dialer but the Tachi dialer (port from topaz).

The music tab like coverflow is a TF3D2 mod called : TF3D AMP (I don't remember where the thread is but it's available on XDA)

The BlackHD v2 ultimate don't work on all roms, so try the v1.2 : HERE (http://www.4shared.com/file/105894067/37b9de9a/BLACK_HD_THEME_V12_by_vinsos.html)

What rom are you using all the tf3d2 roms I have tried so far have given me problems I like the landscape mode of tf3d2 so I would like to stay with it so if you have a better rom for this theme please let me wnow I have a cdma phone thanks

i agree... i think of spj very highly...they help people as much as they can.. and don't ask for a penny...all of the themes posted which i know it was not created by them. Because the information is posted form the develper web site for support but if i want quick support i get it...how many of you get quick support here?

Well there are ways of dealing with things like a man...you should had sent a email to the owner of the site to resolve your issue. not send all of your frenchie friends to do the talk for you. and when they cause problem to the server then we have to block ip access.

Wow this really sucks I did some changing on my phone and lost some of this theme I was using and forgot to back them up and I guess now it is lost forever. Is it really necessary to punish everyone because some can not give respect I have had my share of problems with this theme and I even went to the spj page but I always found my answers here. I was hoping to get my volume and touchoff skins back and hope you will post theme again. One question please don't take this the wrong way I am just curios. Why is what happened so offensive are they making money off your work or something like that because I always thought this was a place to trade ideas and try to help each other get the most out of there device if I was wrong I am sorry. Again please don't take offence and I hope you will repost

don't worry, I know GERGER and he'll bring back his BlackHD but in another form...

The difference is that I quitted the BlackHD team so the name will certainly change (BlackHD II ?? I don't know) and maybe a new talented skinner will take my place...

The paradox is that for now, the only place where you can dl the blackHd is SPJ lol
