hello plz help for htc herald 100 after upgrade with rom 6.1 no turned on off after 30 second but in boot hard spl ipl1.08.0001 spl1.08.0001
lunch other rom updete i try many rom boot in progression 0% rom update show
error 300 invalid updete tool

This needs to be moved to the correct sub forum. As zcink said, it does not relate to ROM development.

Besides, it has been answered, personally by me, about 20 times this month alone.
You're not supposed to use HardSPL or USPL if your SPL is 1.x.x.x. It HAS to be 4.0 or higher. You'll have to search for the Goldcard method. I can't help you with the Goldcard method because I have never had to do it myself.
