Changing Language [HELP NEEDED]

can anybody plzz help me ...how can i change language of a ROM..
like i downloaded WM 6.5 build 21500 in chinese...can i change its language to ENGLISH..? if yes then how?
are there sum tools i need?:confused:
i need a step by step guide..

nokseer can you help me resize the Ramdisk in Himalaya wm6.5, some sections that I search from xda-developers about changing the size of Ramdisk is only from WM5 to WM6.1 hex address and dec address only. do you know where to find and change ramdisk size for wm6.5 himalaya...

still cant find BOOT.RGU in dump folder...:mad::confused:

i've also checked the hidden files....
