Start by reading the stickies. We were all newbies once, so there are guides made for everything. It just requires some reading and some searching.
Start by searching for "how to flash a herald".
The first thing you'll find is:
"A Herald's Guide to Flashing Aserg, USPL and HARD-SPL (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=358615)"
And go from there.

Either way, please try to keep your "how do I do this" questions to the Herald or Herald 6 sub forums. The Herald Development forum is meant for Development questions (people who make ROMs, etc.)
