Replace Sprint Touch Diamond Dialer Skin

I've been using the Sprint Touch Diamond since October, 2008, and I've customized most of the user interface except the installed HTC dialer skin. I don't like the way it looks and I'd like to change it. What's the best (and easiest) way to replace the dialer skin, and where can I find VGA compatible
skins?
