where to find and change the wm6.5 Ramdisk size (pls help)

can anyone help me resize the Ramdisk in Himalaya wm6.5, some sections that I search from xda-developers about changing the size of Ramdisk is only from WM5 to WM6.1 hex address and dec address only. where to find and change ramdisk size for wm6.5 himalaya...
