hello

I have a qtek 9090 and i want wm 6.5 on it i have a version wm 6.5 but i need an version of hard-spl for my qtek.
is there some one who know a place to download it and what version i need?

HTC BlueAngel is not have any locks. You don't need Hard-SPL for your device. Hard-SPL for BA is not exist.

Just flash your device with a WM6.5 ROM and do a Hard-reset. And done :)

Sorry to correct you, but you are wrong. You do have to unlock the device in order to install custom roms. It does not have to be HarSPLed but you have to unlock it.

thnx for all its done now i have wm 6.5 on my divice and runs very good
