If you already have the S2A (slide to answer) then it won't change anything. If yout don't have the S2A and you want it then install "htc S2A Diamond dialer" before installing a skin.

Does it matter wether your Diamond is GSM or CDMA?

I have a GSM and I don't know for CDMA... but it's a cab so CDMA users can install it to verify the compatibility and uninstall it if it doesn't work.
If you already have the htc dialer in your ROM then it will work.

first don't be sorry for asking question cause we're here on a forum so the principle is to help each other :D

ok, by unzipping TWICE I mean that after downloading the zip archive : unzip to have a 7z archive and unzip again to have all the cabs of each skin.

My skins work only for the original htc dialer 6.1 !!! They work neither on the new tachi version (D2 topaz) nor on WM6.5 dialer.

i have unzipped it once. its unzipping it the second time i can't do. i have a stock touch pro with wm 6.1 so the skins should work. i get the "no application associated with this file" error message. i'm just using the ZIP program that came with the phone. is there another program i should be using to unzip that second time?

Like I said at the 1st post, my skins don't work with Tachi, Rhodium or WinMo dialers.
These skins work only with Diamond/TP official stock rom dialer VGA.
So uninstall the cab & soft reset.

which theme are you trying to change ?
If you want to install one of these dialers then you need to have original TP dialer from htc official stock rom. If you have any other dialers (like Tachi/Rhodium in cooked roms) then click into my sign on SenseLIKE #2

If you try to install TF3D theme then it depends on the theme itself :
> first check compatibility with your manila version : TF3D1, TF3D2.1, Sense2.1 or Sense2.5
> if it's a *.theme file for TF3D1 then you have to unzip it into \windows directory then softreset to restart your device. Make a backup of all your original XXXX_manila files before if you want to restore them later without doing a hardreset (sync your device with PC then explore windows directory and select all XXXX_Manila files to zip them as an archive : go into PC setting to show hidden/system files before)
> if it's a cab then copy it to your device and click on it in order to launch install process
