diamond tf3d help

Sorry if i sound like a noob guys, but i cant figure out how to change my tf3d on my own instead of just downloading a theme i just cant figure out how can any one help me

What do you want to change? If you're talking about a theme, there are a number available as .cab's if you search Google, or check out TF3D Config from the stickies in this forum.

There isn't much you can customise without installing some third-party software ;)

well ive tried using manila editor and i get an error messege i just want to change the picture in the background for all my tabs and id like to add my own tabs.
