My rw6815 is locked on a wm6.1 rom that I have installed. But I can not install other rom. I can not install rom wm else. The problem there is with that ubs-pc or with miniSD.:(:(:(:(:(

If you would using internet sharing please try it :

1. before upgrade from WM 6 to wm 65 please copy shortcut internet sharing from WM 6 or 61. to your storage card.

2. up grade your device with wm 65.

3. after that copy shortcut "Internet sharing " to folder ( windows/start menu/Program/Internet ) on windows wm 65.

4. reboot your Atom

5. open program/Internet/Internet sharing

6. Now you can enjoyed your Internet sharing:D:D:D

The way to do it is like this:-
Go to> Start>system>AdvanceConfig>Menu(lower menu bar of the pda)>More settings>Comm Manager>just check on Internet Sharing and remove any one which you dont need as the comm manager accepts only 6 icons.
you are done.
now u can use ur Comm manager to activate or deactivate internet sharing.

Hi... I installed this ROM and generally it working fine... However the Bluetooth settings is not working... Cannot add new device... it shows Connected instead of Add New Device and cannot be clicked.... Any solutions?

Try pairing ur device ...also check ur bluetooth drivers incase ur using laptop etc.
However I am able to pair with my laptop but havent tried pairing with bluetooth headset.

Iam sory ican't help you:

curently iam use atom pure wm 6.5 501, that bluetooth working for send and receive file from another device.

But doesn't work with bluetooth headset and car kit

if you want downgreat with wm 61 19213, its all working properly include bluetooth. only Sim toolkit doesn't work for mobile banking;)

This rom is better for managment memory, before this rom will be decrese the memory while program run.

after i set the lock mode to the windows default, the lock screen won't show up.. i dont know why the screen is locked but i cant unlock the device.
so.. i hard reset the phone again..

untuk upgrade WM6.5 tidak usah di soft reset..
1. Instal PCSync (min ver 4.5)
2. sambungkan kabel data Handset ke Computer..
3. Setelah terdeteksi ke Computer..(connected)
4. Extract File (ex :21500) ke c:\windows\temp and Run update utility..

trus tunggu deh ampe selesai...

tambahan :
- baterai minimal harus 50% lebih..
- tidak usah masuk Bootloader..

Dear Giyat,

I thingk this is because the ROM file you are download are corrupt... Please try to download from mediafire (http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?zy1myzdovdj) and try to extract, in this case try to extract that file not in to c:\windows\temp first but on another folder. After that you can copied all of file already extract to c:\windows\temp.

Pengalaman saya, ga usah diekstrak di c:\windows\temp.
Ekstrak aja di sembarang folder trus copy ke c:\windows\temp.:D
Tapi pastikan folder temp kosong dari file2 yg tidak penting.
Ada bbrp file yg tidak bisa dihapus, biarkan saja.
Cara itu sudah saya lakukan sejak WM6, WM6.1, WM6.5 beta 1mpe beta 3 ini.

I am having issues with this upgrade, the flash utility reaches 100% and the phone restarts itself and goes into the setup wizard (Windows 6.1 5.2.20765 though)

I have tried both "All' and "OS+Extended Rom" and the results are the same.

What should I do?

you are right dear...i am also not satisfied with wm6.5, i tried 6.5 but again ...always go back to wm6.1 with manila_sonblack.....

if your ATOM Pure often soft restart when Low memory.

I have been try this methode and the result is ATOM never been soft reset anymore.

You just uninstall resco registry and uninstall all theme.

I found out all the error in the TitaniumWeather.mscr file, and now it running fine. you can download it and copy to the TitaniumWeather folder and run it again, should be ok.

I believe all have bluetooth handfree problem for WM6.5 ROM. No problem when send or receive files through BT, but can't make or receive call from BT earpiece. I tried many 6.5 ROM, all the same result. But for my case, I can listen music through BT stereo headset, only no function on bluetooth handsfree.

Tried the tip previously posted in this thread, did not work until the second time. The trick is that you don't need to copy the zip file into your phone's Titanium folder. It won't work. What you need to do is to unzip the zipped file and copy the file you got after unzipping to Titanium folder replacing the previously existing one.

Nothing special, I use SE bluetooth HBH-DS205, this ROM can listen to music but can't use it as handsfree.

I believe it depend on the headset itself, for my case actually I did not do any tricks, and use the SE headset, can play music. Maybe you can borrow from other ppl to test the SE headset and if can work, perphaps you can get a SE headset. But it still no perfect for me because I cannot use it to call.

I believe it's due to the TitaniumWeather. You can go to TitaniumWeather setting to disable the autoupdate function, after that, you have to manually update the weather each time you want.

The bluetooth is working find for me by using Bluetooth FTP.

but this ROM is worst for my Atom, it always shutdown my device. now back to Clean WM 6.1 from Helloworld1.

as I read all post before, I can find the most "bug" for wm6.5 are :
1.bluetooth
2. memory

I use wm 6.5 21500 KH, bluetooth also can't pairing with headset, but memory consumption is not very high. at first time boot, memory is 25M ( I use QuickStart to control it) at running it eat 2-3 M, and it stable if my atom still standby.
but if I use my atom for many program (such as phone, sms, music, etc) it goes to 15M. Sometimes it goes to 11M.. but my gadget not restart him self because of that.
at 11M, many program cannot be load (such as HTCphoto, etc), but i still can phone and sms...
I suddenly restart my gadget, I used psShutXP.

I never use wm6.1 before, because I jump from wm5 to 6.5...and I'm very exited for wm 6.5 look. But I still missing "close running program" at wm 6.5 that maybe can fix memory consumption bug.
at wm5, I can higher my memory at setting --> system --> memory --> close all running program.

just turn on the second's bluetooth device then click on ur ftp bluetooth ftp it will search for the second bluetooth device after searching complete ur can use ur device to browse all files the seconde bluetooth device.

I fail to flash this rom at first, facing the "no download target was found" problem.(on Win 7) Try several times and still cannot flash.

Then I try on Win XP using VMWare, here the steps I take:
1) Download the rom
2) Extract the rom to C:\Windows\Temp
3) Press the camera button and reset button on my Atom Pure to enter the DSUU mode
4) Connect my atom to the computer (in vmware)
5) Execute the Device Software Update Utility.exe in the C:\Windows\Temp
6) Click upgrade and wait the process finish.

Q-menu does not list most of the programs...and even the start menu sucks
Battery Indicator Hangs frequently....
Very Poor Battery life...
This rom is a Slow booting Rom...it takes more than a minute to boot...
Lots of hang up....need to reset frequently...
