can someone tell me how can I have four icons at each row at the start menu (on windows mobile 6.5)

like the picture below but without the honeycomb

StartMenu_Global_480x640.cpr
StartMenu_Global_640x480.cpr
StartMenu_GridScene_480x640.cpr
StartMenu_GridScene_640x480.cpr
