Can't get ICS Control to work at all

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I followed the instructions in this post: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.php?p=327657&postcount=7

I did everything that post told me to do, but the phone doesn't show up as an access point on my wireless card. I don't know what to do about it at all. After following the first few steps in the wireless settings, the new access point I create comes up as "Unavailable" on the list, and my wireless card can't see it. What am I supposed to do?

Sorry for the double-post, but I fixed the problem. I was able to connect, but I also couldn't get it to work until I used wap.mycricket.com:8080 as the proxy since I'm using Cricket. Now it's working alright, but I'm having a different problem.

When the screen shuts off on my Mogul, I can't continue to surf websites. I tried checking and unchecking "Allow Suspend Mode", but it doesn't seem to be having any effect. I don't know what to do about it. Any suggestions?
