and it Continuesly vibrates during an incoming Call.

where else my Privious Nokia Cell Use to Vibrate with breaks

I had the same problem. Find a program called "VAlert"

are you running stock or coocked rom?
if coocked, they may have removed the 3 second delay in the ringtone, it results in continuous vibration on incoming call.
do this reg mod :

HKCU\ControlPanel\Sounds\RingTone0\

change "apr" to "apw3r" soft reset and everything should be fine
