No Image File Error PLEASE HELP

Hello, i recently rooted my g1 and am currently running the modded version of firmware 1.5 i wanted to "un-mod" my phone so that i can recieve the official version of "cupcake" whenever i try to go back to rc-29 i get the infamous "no image file" error in the boot loader.

my sd card(s) are formatted on FAT 32

I have downloaded the DREAIMG.nbh file from several different locations

nothing seems to work... im on the brink of losing my mind.... Is there nothing i can do????

PLEASE HELP ME

I assume you have been renaming the file to update.zip, correct?

i believe you're supposed to restore the original spl first.

I had the same problem yesterday.

Unlike seemingly every other .zip file you work with around here you don't just rename it you have to extract the .nbh file out of that .zip file you are downloading.

DON'T just rename it... like my dumbass was doing

No, i havent been renaming it update.zip, idk what to do. No matter where i download the DREAIMG.nbh file (usually named DREAIMG-RC29) i keep getting the "no image file" message, SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE!!!!
