Hello,

I'm having this problem I can't seem to get solved.
I connected my Touch Diamond through the USB cable and cant see it connected in the Windows Mobile Device Center, but everytime I click "configure device" it says "There is a problem with your connection, please reconnect and retry."

I cant get this solved, I tried a lot of stuff I found here on the forum and others, but it still won't work.

Anyone any idea?

My OS: Vista Ultimate 64-bit, Im running the latest WMDC as well.

Thank you!!!!

Some of these questions may seem obvious, so I apologise if you've already tried these, but have you done a soft-reset on your device and rebooted your PC? Do you have any other devices set up in Device Centre that may be causing a conflict? Are you using the correct version of WMDC for your OS? The last resort is to try a hard-reset on your device... not pleasant, but can correct a multitude of issues ;)

I will try all, I hope I dont have to do a hard reset, I just configured it -.-

I've had issues like this.

Check if Advanced Networking is switched on in the USB settings on the device. Turn it off if it's on. That should let you set up the sync. You can turn it back on later.
