Viva opal Hang on the boot loader screen

Hello every one.
when i switch on my pda , it hangs on the very first screen which shows this :
onbl 1.27.0000
spl 1.26.cmon
gsm 03.29.90
os 1.27.0.0

and then nothings happen.
(i have already hardspl on my viva)
what can i do?:(

It happened to me also before, when I installed 6.5 version 11.
Better you do hard reset and then install 6.1 version 14. It is working very good.
