Version WM6.5 ROM V15 for HTC Opal (Touch Viva)

- The ROM: 1.27.707.1 WWE

- Develop, edit version WM6.5 V13 introduced.

- Change the OEM ROM from HTC's latest Jade (2.32.707 WWE): AudioManager, Album, ...

- Integration Manila2D the BLACK and the latest version from HTC Jade.

- Integration of Titanium WM7 authors Ibrythill (XDA).

- Add Tab "Comm Manager" for the author's Titanium Chriscsh (XDA).

- Integrated keyboard from HTC from Topaz, gentle and quite convenient to use.

- Big Storage ROM has, on a total of 163Mb.

- Change the XIP and SYS from WM6.5 (Core 21232) new.

Speed V15 with integrated Titanium Manila2D and ensure fairly.

The basic functions of WM, such as Camera, SMS, ... is working.

Up ROM when finished or when you reboot the machine, MortScript will automatically load and display popup, which is normal phenomenon. This is a support application plugin Titanium. Just click OK to exit is all the good will.

Can also removed (in Windows / Startup) shortcut, but when the effects of Titanium (weather + Comm) will not appear beautiful.

the rom looks very nice but not ready for everyday use

Guys, I have not had yet the chance to try it myself, will do it as soon as I am back from work, but just a quick question, have you done a Hard Reset after installing this ROM?

I have just seen a post of PhamQUang in PDAVIET asking to do this, because in his opinion the today button and everything is working just fine if you do this. It wouldn't be the first time we see this issues either way (already seen them in version 12 if I am not mistaken)

thanks for the hard reset tip...worked for me...
i have to say this rom is quite well...can anyone answer why isnt there the new version of internet explorer in phamquangs roms?
PROS:titanium is fast, newer build, new honeycomb interface, the icons are more windows mobile 6.5 icons..
CONS: need to hard reset for things to work...titanium panels such as weather,comn manager can go haywire sometimes...device vibrates sometimes for no reason...internet explorer is old

Hello, I finally got to my house and installed the new ROM. After doing the HARD RESET it is working fine, no issues with the Today button.

BUT, for what I have seen so far... it is slooooooooow. Version 13 was faster, without any doubt.

On the other hand, let's remember that the according to the specifications of WM6.5 this OS requires a processor faster than the one the OPAL has...

thats truth but before my opal i had an elf with a 6.5 rom running pretty fast

hi, i'm just about to change my chinese rom [1.26.sinotak.chs] to this latest one but i'm not sure if after that it'll still support Chinese.. anybody knows? thx in advanced for you reply:)

I had downloaded the fixed one. after I had flashed it to mobile, i quickly do hard reformat. points I mentioned before did not appear again, the room is fast.
Just tow notes, when turning the mobile in to stand by, it should not accept any key press to go on again unless i press on power button again, which is not this what happened, if u press on any key, then it come back to live again. 2nd note, when browse for contact to see its details, pressing red button should return in to
today screen, which is not happened unless i press on OK.

if i wanna add an arabic package to the firmware, to install during customizations, can anybody lead me how to do it!! i had extacted all firmware, but dont know how to add packages and rebuild the firmware.

dude go to settings/system/keylock/ then select the option lock all buttons except power button.....thats it
