Please help, i am sorry i've been flooding with questions on this board lately. I have an unfortunate model it seems :(

I can never get a connection using wifi. I think its because it gets Incorrect Wi-Fi Channel Range. But it seems the link available here is for 614c. How do you fix this issue for 612c?

have you tried running the patch on the 612c? it should work, i've not used that one, but have installed all the 614c FW updates and some other patches and they work fine (on a 612c that is) its the same device, just different locations. I have not had an issue with wifi though so have no need to run patch.

btw i think you would have recieved more help if you made a single thread and posted all your problems in there

Yes i tried using that by forcing it to update on 612c but the installer forbade me saying "This is not for your device" or something of that nature...

Something is confusing me even more. It turns out that i can connect easily to other networks (in Cafe's, restaurants) but not in my own home.

Is it because my ISP wants its customers to put DNS values into the router? I'm not very network literate.

Perhaps i should ask this in another forum. God will you send me a messenger to sort this out? (OMG I'm praying out loud again)
