Phone Function

Hi,
I've been using Diamond for about 1 month now, and I'm really annoyed only about the phone function (what is really supposed to do).
Sometimes I can't answer the phone because the answer slider wont move, sometimes after answering it's mute, sometimes it stays vibrating like crazy... and I always have to be making soft-resets and losing my calls.:(
I missed some important calls, since I use my phone for patient communication.

I tested out a lot of ROMs (Dutty v4, Shaks 4.3 and others...) and can't find one with a solid phone function.
I flash with Hard-Spl and always follow a hard-reset.

Would it be something related to my phone in particular? Or most likely to be ROM or Radio? Was just hopping for something more reliable or I'll have to change the phone. :(

I'm trying to fix these issues by flashing a stock ROM and re-flashing a custom one as I found in some threads. After some testing I'll write back.:)
