Upgrading my qtek 9000 with WM6

Hi there. I'm new to this forum and i would like to learn how to upgrade my qtek... i have WM5 in spanish, and i want to put it WM6 in Portuguese, otherwise English. Can someone explain me how to do it? and where do i download the new rom? :confused: please help
