Non-stop Vibration even after soft and hard reset

Hi brothers and sisters,

im using O2 zinc with crumzz wm6.5 for around 1 month (with 3 or 4 hard resets). I all of sudden have my mobile continously vibrating with orange led always on, when the fones in power on. Is it a virus, OS problem or hardware problem ? I did not bang nor did the mobile have any rough falls before the problem started. After keeping my mobile off for some hours and then power on, the the vibration dont take place until a key is pressed or something. The led is always on orange. I tried hard reset (clearing storage). The vibration continues even while hard resetting and after.

Any solutions ?????????

Now i have a little improvement. The vibration happens only when connecting with the usb or charger. The led orange is fluctuating and led yellow is blinking from background.

I also re-installed the os. no difference.

re-installed OS meaning flashed a different ROM? if so, it might be a battery issue.
if you didnt' switch a ROM.. you should try :)

i flashed the same rom. What could be the battery problem ? no problem with battery life.

can't exactly tell you what the problem is..

and i suggest you flash a different ROM to see if it still vibrates.. if it does, it's your device, if it doesn't, it's the ROM.
