boot loader only after update !!!!!

i have elf0100 white one

i upgrade it to oynex wm6.1 and when i turn on device show me itself the bootloader with 3 colors red blue and green
when i update to any update it ggoes to 2% and on my computer
say error 270 why ??? why ????
maybe idon't have CID unlocked but my phone only start up on bootloader
please help to upgrade to original update
iwant to mke my phone cid unlocked with boot loader
or with any program !!!!!!!!!!!

If it loaded 2% and restarted and shows the tricolour. You ARE CID locked.

Use that link. Do your research.

If you cannot do the GoldCard by PC. Borrow a friends WM phone and make the gold card out of that.

I have work and found other ways to fix this problem

your way is very hard

The gold card method is long, but proven successful for many people.

I agree with the GOLD CARD Method it have resolved many PDA to give life...:)
