Usually it's because you're not using the recommended radio for the ROM (1.58.x/1.59.x/etc.), check original post and flash it... should be solved after that.

For 3.19 drivers use any 1.59.xx radio and then you should be ok!!;)

Maybe the problem is in your rom. Reflash the device with the same rom or use another rom.
