transcriber problem

I have dragon iv iolite installed. I have tried with at least 5 different versions of transcriber cab, the option shows in the list but doesn't work. When i select it the "keyboard" option does not change. I get no transcriber.

I have spent several hours looking for a solution.

Any help please?
