installing titanium skin

how do you install the titanium skin, cause when i install it, my home screen comes up blank and i cant connect to sprint. im running nfsfan's 6.5 rom btw

edit: never mind
the problem was that i was using the old pim.vol from 6.1, apperantely, that screws everything up
