HTC Touch cannot reset

Hi Guys.

I got a HTC touch(Elf 100) Problem is when i switch on, its ask the phone lock code.the phone owner he don't know not remember the password,
so i try to reset it many many,and some time try to flash latest ROM,or try to get boot loader mode. but anything not success.

some Guys say to me reset the password like this
- Remove battery and put it back,
- Press right and left keys and keep them pressed,
- then press power ,
- Release power button and keep down right and left button pressed ,
until u see black screen with formatting details ,
To execute formatting process press the center big button.

Not success.
its not show black screen or formatting details again it start to ask password.

Then i try to flash new ROM but active synchronize ask to unlock first so it also not success.

Then i try to enter boot mode manually (as many members are saying in this forum)
but still i don't get tri color on phone?

so any experienced one can say me how to solve this problem please

Hard reset / soft reset all i have try no success.
