Slightly Noob question about flashing

Right i decided to get rid of the "in the future" 1.65 radio and well downloaded the radio 1.59.44.04 used the same romupdateutility.exe as with the 3LIT3 Rom and well it has hard reset my device. :( So now i have to set it up again but for future use what should i have used. Would it have the the custom RUU that i have seen around here.

i've made good experience with flashing roms and radios with sd card only. so there is no need for any RUUs at all... if you haven't done it already, you'll find the howto in the wiki...

so flashing only radio never changed the rom... are you sure it was really only radio?

Welcome to the club Chris - have done the same thing myself!
There is another RUU that was created by udK that only flashes the radio. If you have a bit of a search you should be able to find it.

Hey thanks for that i knew there must be a way and had seen that floating around but it only hit me that it may reset when it was rebooting which was a little too late really...

Next time all will go smoothly :)
