Relocking and wifi problem

Hi,

i own a Titan with olipro 2.40, radio 3.42.50 and ryanmogul rom wm6.5

i also have a problem with my wifi (when i turn it on it turns off after 1 second)

i would like to try to relock my phone and install de orginal rom and radio

My carrier is bell so it's a pre-gps radio.

does anyone know the best way to do it. i dont want to brick my phone since it's out of warranty

Look in link below but where is says use stock verizon rom use your Bell rom.
