I am looking for a deeper dive into how the Windows Mobile gets Internet Access through the provider.
I currently have AT&T service, but also use my phone with two other providers outside of the country. As I travel, I want to make sure I take the proper steps to configure the Internet Access on the phone.
I also want to make sure that I am able to disable the AT&T Internet Access while I am out of the country (using both the AT&T Simm and other International ones).

How does the phone use proxy? Can other proxies be used?
How do these setting effect the data charges when outside the country?

to change your settings to your proper provider or use nodata

The NoData would not install on my device.

I could not get any details on the other application. I appeared to be proxy settings for a telco in Mexico, but I am not sure. What is the app supposed to do?
