install app in file store or main memory?

If i install a app in the Ipaq file store like resco file explorer,

1. will the program run slower?
2. If i do a hard reset will the program become corrupt?
3. are there any negatives to doing it?

Hi,

1 = nope
2 = definitly ( cos it has shortcuts to the main System that points to needed files which are not in the program folder)
3 = iPAQ FileStore is only of limited size... Better use it to save pics and files you really don't want to loose

question 1 was my main concern. will probally install all the must have small apps, resoc file explorer, PIM backup etc so can save a bit of space on the main memory
