I don't know if you've peered at the thread I started earlier here, has 2 screens.

Might help. Here's another older thread with a few too.

Can you post the Raphael one you're speaking of, I'd like to see it.

what i wanted was the custom bios splash
http://img142.imageshack.us/img142/2905/splashko5.gif
its found http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=459826
but i dont want the whole rom as im happy with my udk syrius(but the udK startup looks really bad).
so i started to use my search skills that ended up at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=3239010

but the img size for the polaris is diffrent.
so i found a bios splash for kaiser. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=421572
but i still got the first mig from your post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=519128
for i used Polaris_CustomRUU.exe and i dont dare to use the kaiser customRUU.exe but the kaiser had the right size.
even thou it shows the animated gif twice...
Lokosis if you have the ancient knowledge to make a polaris_customRUU.exe the same as for the kaiser..... i would be werry happy
right now im going to try to solve the problem so i get a neat bios start up and maybe an old windows theme... like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AQSiaxxw9FM

would be a real show of at work :)
